• Service address and postcode
• Booking details, remarks and furniture photos you upload
• Records of communication about your booking

Purpose

We use this data to give price estimates, process and confirm bookings, contact you about appointments and keep service records. We do not sell your data.

Marketing

We only send offers or periodic cleaning reminders if you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed for service and business records, then deleted or anonymised.
