Booking requests

Online bookings are requests. Their initial status is "Pending Confirmation", and the appointment is only confirmed when we contact you.

Rescheduling

To change the date or time, reply to your booking email or contact us on WhatsApp with your reference number, as early as possible before the appointment.

Cancellation

No-shows
