How It Works
Every job follows a structured workflow. The actual steps are adapted to your fabric's material, condition and care label.
01
Dry vacuum
Initial dry vacuuming to remove accessible loose dust and debris.
02
Pre-spray
An appropriate cleaning solution is applied based on the fabric's suitability.
03
Agitation
The solution is gently worked into suitable fabric surfaces.
04
Dwell time
The solution is left for about 5–10 minutes, adjusted to the chemical instructions and the fabric's needs.
05
Extraction
The fabric is extracted with suitable equipment to lift out soil and solution.
06
Rinse
An appropriate rinse or extraction pass is used to manage cleaning residue.
07
Airflow assistance
A blower or suitable airflow is used to help the fabric dry.
Good to know
Cleaning techniques depend on the material, condition and care instructions of the fabric. Not every fabric is suitable for wet extraction. We do not promise instant drying, complete stain removal, sterilisation or elimination of all bacteria.
Before we arrive
- Move small items and decorations off and around the furniture.
- Make sure there is a power socket nearby.
- Tell us about any special stains or delicate fabrics.
- Plan not to use the furniture until it is fully dry.
