Is the price on the website final?
No. The price shown is an estimate based on what you selected. The final price is confirmed before work begins, especially if the fabric is heavily soiled or the actual size differs.
Why do some services show 'Get a Quotation'?
For services whose price depends on the item's size or condition, we give a quotation after reviewing the details or photos you send.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
An online booking is a request with the status Pending Confirmation. We will contact you to confirm the date, time and price.
How long does it take to dry?
It depends on the fabric type, thickness, weather and airflow in your home. We use airflow assistance to help drying, but we do not promise instant drying.
What should I prepare before you arrive?
Move small items off and around the furniture, make a power socket available and tell us about any special stains or delicate fabrics.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Dengkil, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. For other nearby areas, send a request and we will let you know about availability.
Can every stain be removed?
Not always. Old stains, dyes or fabric damage may remain. We will set realistic expectations after seeing the fabric's condition.
Can every fabric be wet-cleaned?
No. Some fabrics need a different method according to their care label. We check the material before starting.
